Another good one for racking up the meters…

Row, SkiErg or mix:

3000 meters
30 mountain climbers (L/R = 2)
10 sit-ups

2000 meters
20 push-ups
20 DB push press

1000 meters
10 Charlie’s Angels (sumo squat with a twist)
10 walking lunges
10 step-ups

1000 meters

Done!

      That effort you put in getting your technique right is SO worth it though. It will pay off time and again in your WOD scores!
