RowReady is the perfect place for you! You get 6 weeks of longer, progressively more challenging rowing workouts. Intro videos for each workout explain what to focus on so there’s no guessing about how to make the most of your time on the rowing machine. Then you’re in the driver’s seat to complete the main workout on your own. If you’re looking to build your rowing engine AND to row with more power and efficiency, this is where you want to be!

Come row with us! We have dozens of row-along workouts in all lengths and formats on our on-demand workout platform. Choose from rowing-only and rowing with off-machine strength work. Sign up for just one session or subscribe and get unlimited workouts at our lowest price. This is our most affordable workout option and a great way to take UCanRow2 for a test drive.

If you’re ready to learn to row, our RowNow program is the perfect place to do it. It’s 4 weeks of row-along drills and workouts that start you off easy and build progressively to give you a solid foundation of rowing technique and fitness. From there the rowing world is your oyster!

I love rowing, but I also want to get serious about building strength.

RowReady

We created RowStrong for people who want to work on their rowing AND their strength. This is a 6-week “strength-forward” program that includes two days per week of workouts that are exclusively strength-based (although you could easily row for your warmup and cooldown). On the other 3 days you’ll either row, or do a combined rowing + strength interval workout. Every strength move has a video demo with options to make the exercises easier or harder, too. So there’s no need to wonder or randomly Google about how to do it. This is 6 weeks to a stronger, more powerful you!
