RowReady is designed to help you row stronger,safer and more efficiently with a series of programmed workouts. It will take you from where you are now, to where you want to be in as little as 6 weeks.

The program is designed to be done three days a week (with an optional extra-credit workout), but pull back as needed if you feel you need more recovery or if you are combining this program with another training regimen. We recommend breaking up the workouts so you aren’t training 3-4 days in a row. On days where you are not rowing, include some active recovery, even a 30-minute walk will help reduce soreness and fatigue.
